Yes. Whether in print or online – we can take care of it all.

Once a project is commissioned there is an initial design stage, 2 x amendment stages and a final proof for sign-off. This process can vary slightly, depending on the nature of the project. Any additional amendment stages will be flagged and quoted if required.

Cases like this are rare, but if you are not satisfied, we will revisit the brief with you, check we agree on it and ensure that any problems with the work are resolved to your satisfaction.

We work with a sister company which is a full-service printing business with over 30 years’ experience to provide estimates and offer creative print solutions.

This depends on the size of the run and the printing method. After approval of the final artwork, large litho print runs take five working days on average and short digital print runs can be delivered in as little as 24 hours. We have a sister company which is a full-service printing business so can often get jobs turned around quickly when necessary.

If you bought your own domain name, you own it. If a domain name has been bought by Blackberry on your behalf, we will transfer it to a provider of your choice at any time. This may incur a small administration fee which we would pass on.

In the vast majority of cases, once we have built your site and payment has been made in FULL, the website is your property.

We work with a specialist UK based web hosting company, Swift Internet. We recommend clients order the appropriate web hosting package directly from them, as well as register any domain names. As their client you will get 24-hour technical support, be the registrant and receive renewal notices from them directly.

Blackberry Design are experts in using WordPress as a content management system. We have the experience and capability to create fast-loading, mobile responsive websites that are highly secure and easy to update.

An agreed deposit is required prior to commencing a project. This is typically at 25%-50% of the total estimate, depending on the specifications. Payment for larger projects will be broken down into milestone instalments.

You can pay by bank transfer (BACS) or cheque. We can accept all major credit cards via PayPal, but a card fee will be added to your bill.

Yes. The price on our estimate will be the price you pay. The only exception is IF the scope of the brief changes during the project. You will be notified, and we will let you know of any additional costs before proceeding further.

We appreciate the importance of cashflow. We can discuss breaking down payments over a number of months if this helps. Just ask at the estimate stage.

Let us know as soon as possible. We will need to charge for any work carried out after we received your approval to proceed up to the point of cancellation. There will be no charge if we haven’t started.
